About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring we attract top-tier IT talent across North America. You'll play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition efforts by combining smart sourcing strategies with strong candidate engagement and process management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of IT roles, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including Boolean search, job boards, social media platforms, and networking to build robust talent pipelines.
- Track and manage candidates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Continuously analyze recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Stay current on industry trends and talent market dynamics to help guide recruitment strategies.
- Work closely with the broader talent team to help refine processes and optimize candidate experiences.
What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience in recruiting for IT profiles MUST HAVE : Experience recruiting in the US or Canadian market
MUST HAVE :
Proficiency with sourcing techniques including Boolean search and recruiting via social platforms Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Data-driven mindset with a track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)Experience in agency or corporate recruiting environments, ideally with a focus on IT or technology roles.A strong understanding of the competitive nature of global talent acquisitionProven ability to manage multiple roles and competing prioritiesA passion for solving hiring challenges and using data to drive recruitment decisions
