Technical Sourcer / Recruiter
We’re looking for a resourceful Technical Sourcer / Recruiter to help us find and engage toptier tech talent. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of sourcing, connecting with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to build diverse Teams.
What You’ll Do :
- Proactively source and engage top engineering, data, and product talent across multiple platforms using different recruiting strategies active and passive sourcing
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Conduct interviews with U.S.-based candidates, ensuring professionalism and cultural alignment
- Actively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline, including passive candidates
- Own the candidate experience from first outreach to handoff
- Use data to track pipeline, sourcing performance, and recommend improvements
