Role Description

This is a flexible, part-time contract role ideal for experienced healthcare recruiters seeking project-based work. You’ll support the placement of top talent in the reproductive health field through sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for roles in reproductive medicine globally
• Manage interview coordination and candidate communication throughout the process
• Collaborate with employers and internal teams to align on hiring needs and timelines
• Verify licenses, certifications, backgrounds, and references to ensure quality and compliance
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients to support future staffing needs
