About Us :
MEIDE Group is a global leader in the manufacturing of ductile iron pipes, valves, malleable iron fittings, and pipeline system solutions, with a footprint in over 100 countries. As part of our strategic growth in Latin America, we are looking for a capable and experienced Sales Representative to join our Mexico office and support market development in the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage local distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in the piping and plumbing hardware industry;
- Promote MEIDE’s full range of products : ductile iron pipes, smart water meters, valves, malleable iron fittings, grooved systems, etc. ;
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in construction, water supply, fire protection, and infrastructure projects;
- Lead the full sales cycle : customer identification, presentations, quotations, contract negotiation, and after-sales follow-up;
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, project consultants, EPC firms, and resellers;
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to optimize strategy and product offerings;
- Coordinate with internal departments including technical, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
2~3 years of sales experience in a related industry (e.g., pipes, valves, fittings, plumbing hardwares);Proven ability to independently develop distribution channels and major accounts;Good understanding of the local construction materials and infrastructure market;Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written);Excellent skills in business development, communication, and relationship management;Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, or related fields;Willingness to travel as needed within Mexico.Join Us :
