• No tener ausencias en los últimos 6 meses.
• No tener amonestaciones o incidencias en los últimos 6 meses
• Paquete Office
• Manejo de FTQ, IPF.
• Trabajo en equipo
• Analisis de métodos de trabajo, solución de problemas, liderazgo y comunicación.
• Implementación de Kaizen.
• Trabajo estándar
• Conocimiento de ajuste de maquinado y seteo de robot
