• Job Description Summary
• Implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tooling, and machinery to maximize throughput.Establishes control charting of critical features and processes; monitors results and determines machine and process capabilities and performance reliability.Manages the implementation of new processes, selection of equipment to be purchased, and time estimates. Identifies optimal tooling for machining.Resolves issues with design, manufacturability, or build sequences. Ensures production-part acceptance and manufacturing readiness.Participates in adoption of new technologies and processes to achieve greater efficiency. Consults on and oversees selection and implementation of automation and robotics on the assembly line.

• Desarrolla propuestas de compra de equipos de fabricación estudiando planes y compromisos de fabricación; evaluación de los procesos y requisitos de fabricación.
• Recomienda nuevos equipos de fabricación mediante la identificación de vendedores y equipos operativos, evaluando la capacidad del equipo y la historia del servicio; evaluando el servicio y soporte del proveedor.
• Completa las proyecciones de costo de equipos analizando la inversión, beneficios y ahorros.
• Monitorea las instalaciones del equipo asesorando a las tripulaciones.
• Cumple con los requisitos de producción diseñando las modificaciones del equipo según sea necesario
• Prepara a los operadores de equipos mediante la capacitación; proporcionando recursos de referencia y apoyo.
• Mantiene la integridad del proceso desarrollando y actualizando políticas, procedimientos, métodos y directrices.
• Mantiene los registros del equipo mediante la presentación de documentos; actualización de la base de datos de equipos.
• Protege el valor de la organización manteniendo la información confidencial; advirtiendo a otros sobre posibles infracciones.
