Descripción del trabajoEnglish Advance Office Minitab G suite Experience in project management at the plant level Experience in manufacturing processes (SMT, PTH, wave soldering, selective soldering, conformal application, potting, capacity studies) Strong experience in strategy development and implementation Teamwork Knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics Teamwork Knowledge of NPI processes Strong organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of parts and chemical warehouse management Assertive communication with customers and machinery and equipment suppliers Follow-up on production and sales reports Follow-up on the production plan meeting to ensure absorption, yields, and scrap within the MFM target Weekly meeting to monitor operational results Daily monitoring of the engineering area expense budget Ensure the monitoring and application of standardized work methods Follow-up on quotes for potential clients or for engineering changes Operations meeting to review key operational indicators Identify opportunities for process improvement Guide and support engineering staff Engineering strategy meeting and monitoring of key plant indicators
Manufacturing Engineering Mgmt 3
Manage the human and technical resources of the plant's process engineering and equipment department in the most efficient manner to achieve absorption, efficiency, scrap, and other key indicators. Ensure a conducive work environment for achieving these objectives. Promptly resolve conflicts between the plant's various support areas to ensure compliance with key plant indicators.
