PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Director of Procurement Shared Service is securing the procurement shared services activities for Direct and Indirect commodities and of Content management services for all sites equipped with ARIBA buying within the scope of Shared Services Organization.

• Ensures the definition and the achievement of all service delivery targets within the own organization and aligned with the global Global Procurement Shared Services strategy
• Has budgetary planning and site management responsibilities
• Acts as an escalation point for any issues raised by customers or the team
• Ensures excellent customer service and level of satisfaction in the area
• Is accountable for the acquisition and the development of talents
