Descripción

• Lead procurement activities and manage supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery).
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and supply base improvements.
• Execute annual cost reduction plans, including VAVE projects and negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key suppliers on new product development.
• Ensure accurate procurement KPI reporting and manage supplier data in SAP.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Perfil buscado

A successful Procurement Manager should have :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience in industry.
• Technical knowledge of metal, resin, stamping, molding.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of procurement.
• Experience in cost reduction / VAVE projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Self-management skills and self-started attitude highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ERP, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in the electronics sector (preferred).
