Team Overview

As a part of the Fields Restaurants Strategy Team, you will be responsible to align our corporate and functional teams strategies, with commercial execution in the whole LATAM region, becoming an importante pilar towards our business growth.

We are looking for data driven individuals who are not afraid of testing new hypothesis and implement the strategies with the best results!

You should excel in data analysis and communication skills to be able to present results to the company and explain the logic of the strategies to our commercial team.

Role Responsibilities

• Designing performance KPIs;
• Analyzing how we can enable our commercial teams to better execute strategies towards our business goals;
• Aligning corporate strategies with commercial execution & incentives;

Pushing towards fulfilling our business goals.

Role Qualifications

Attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.

Fluent communication skills in both spanish and english.
