Financial Operations Manager

Accounting Management Role

This role is responsible for overseeing financial accounting operations, leading teams to ensure timely and accurate financial records.

• Custodian of financial compliance and accounting accuracy.
• Oversee the entity's financial reporting process for group consolidation.
• Collaborate with finance partners during month-end to resolve material variances affecting financial reporting accuracy.
• Prepare legal entity-level group reporting deliverables in Saracen and Gather systems.
• Coordinate and lead statutory, regulatory, and tax audit engagements.
• Reconcile key GL accounts and oversee full reconciliation process together with GL owners.
• Oversight of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance of accounting books with IFRS and local GAAP standards as applicable.
• Coordinate audit process and be a liaison with external auditors and other functional areas to ensure clean and on-time audit opinions.

Responsibilities include :

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Accounting degree and relevant professional qualification. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of accounting software and standard accounting principles. Meticulous approach to work to ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting.
