Free minds and different perspectives are changing our world, and together we can change what's possible.EXPERIENCEProven track record in sales field, with at least 3 years of recent and relevant sales experience in Freight ForwardingFreight Forwarding experience is mandatorySKILLSFreight Forwarding – Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.Execution Sales Skills – Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities ensuring the needed support from product and operations.Agile Skills - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlinesComputer Skills - Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPointCommunication – Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendorsLanguages - Speak and write fluent English – additional languages are a bonus, but not a mustKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESGrow Business : Drive consistent growth in volume, revenue, and margin across the Book of Business (BOB).
