We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Estimator with specialized expertise in semi-tractor and trailer appraisals. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to manage claims independently and efficiently.

Schedule : Monday to Saturday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed appraisals of commercial vehicles, including semi-tractors and trailers.
• Verify all unit options to ensure accurate valuation.
• Estimate repair costs using industry-standard software (CCC One, Audatex, Mitchell, or AdjustRite).
• Document vehicle damage through high-quality photography.
• Negotiate and finalize claims in alignment with insurance policies and procedures.
• Manage multiple claims simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Travel frequently to inspect vehicles and meet with stakeholders.
