Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
General Objective
Provide support for the introduction of new products to the company under the concepts of risk analysis, failure mode analysis, and statistical studies.
Develop the necessary information to ensure all required quality controls are implemented on the production lines, guaranteeing a safe start-up of any line to mass production (MP).
Support and develop improvements to procedures and formats within the area.
Knowledge And Experience
- Intermediate / advanced interpretation of drawings (GD&T) and use of measurement equipment.
- Knowledge of quality tools (Core Tools, 8Ds, Ishikawa, etc.), FPY, and Minitab.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in production line launches.
- Proactive, with leadership skills, able to work under pressure and as part of a team, and highly organized.
- Strong decision-making ability and capability to train AQE I Engineer.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
Activities
Develop and review process documentation (PCP, PFMEA, check cards, PCP audit checklists, etc.) according to VIGOR requirements.Analyze failures during trial runs in different project stages.Release new lines, provide follow-up, and close QRS.Approve new line equipment through CPK and Gage R&R studies.Provide support to AQE I engineers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
