Job Description

Position Objective

Serve as a key member in the validation of NPD, transfer, PSE, and VE projects, ensuring quality throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical-Administration, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience & Skills :

  • Proven experience in NPD validation, engineering changes, and transfer projects.
  • Expertise in problem‑solving methodologies (8D, A3).
  • Advanced knowledge of GD&T, product and process standards, ISO standards.
  • Proficiency in statistical data analysis and Minitab.
  • Strong command of core quality tools : APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable).
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making based on data and risk, coaching, mentoring, and team empowerment.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of AQ Engineers during the second shift to ensure full quality validation of NPD, Transfers, and PSE / VE projects.
  • Develop and validate quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, checklists, PCP, QRS, Pre-QB).
  • Apply core tools for product and process validation.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts during QB and initial months of mass production using advanced problem‑solving techniques.
