Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for various roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

You will utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage potential candidates across multiple channels. Your goal will be to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will understand role requirements and candidate profiles. Conducting market research and talent mapping, you will provide strategic insights and talent intelligence for our clients.

Your expertise will ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated environments.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and databases.
• Excellent research and market insights skills to identify talent pools across Mexico.
• Ability to build relationships and engage passive candidates.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and projects.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
