About The Role

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of 10 senior engineers, with plans to scale to multiple teams over the next year. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with the CTO, CPO, Infrastructure Architect, and other executive stakeholders, shaping the strategic and technical roadmap. You’ll also drive transformation initiatives, leveraging advanced cloud architectures, infrastructure automation, and microservices-based designs to meet the needs of our large-scale, high-availability platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering both individual and team growth. Make critical architectural and design decisions for a high-availability, scalable platform capable of handling large-scale data and processing demands.
• Strategic Alignment : Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align team efforts with organizational objectives, focusing on scalability, security, and performance. Partner with the CTO, CPO, and Infrastructure Architect to drive cohesive, mission-aligned strategies prioritizing user needs.
• Project Ownership : Oversee the end-to-end technical execution of projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
