Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in electronics and / or automation is required. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance is preferred. Proven ability to manage and motivate maintenance technicians. Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach. Fluency in English (50%). Proficiency in computer skills including Studio 5000, RS-logix 500, Siemens TIA, CCW AB, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced maintenance coordinator to lead our team in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify root causes of equipment failures and create action plans for correction.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to analyze data and develop strategies to reduce breakdowns and repairs.
- Lead the execution of failure analysis using standardized methods and best practices.
- Provide training and support to new maintenance employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Foster a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of daily and weekly equipment downtime.
