This senior-level position requires a deep understanding of financial risk, regulatory compliance, and advanced data analytics to protect both the company and its customers from fraudulent activities and financial losses.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Risk Management :
• Continuously evaluate and enhance risk models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management strategies into product development and business operations.
• Regulatory Compliance :
• Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes and proactively adapt risk management strategies to meet new requirements.
• Data Analytics and Reporting :
• Leverage big data technologies to analyze vast amounts of transaction data, identifying patterns and anomalies indicative of potential risks.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights on risk metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Utilize predictive modeling and scenario analysis to forecast potential risk exposures and their financial impacts.
• Stakeholder Management :
• Communicate complex risk concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership and board members.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including payment processors, banks, and technology vendors.
• Innovation and Technology :
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies in risk management, such as AI-driven fraud detection and blockchain-based identity verification.
• Spearhead pilot projects to test and implement innovative risk management solutions.
