We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead with a keen eye for detail to design testing procedures and automation strategies for our customer’s software applications.

This is a temporary opportunity.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies :

• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role .
• Proven ability to mentor, train, and manage QA Analysts , motivating teams to achieve high performance.
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile frameworks, and test management best practices .
• Experience defining QA processes, test plans, and automation strategies for complex projects.
• Familiarity with defect tracking systems , CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps / QAOps practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail , problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain quality standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working directly with US-based clients and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities :

Qualifications

Knowledge of automation and agile methodologies (SCRUM), ISTQB certification (CFTL is a plus).
