Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge : deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with agile methodologies; ability to discuss technical nuances while focusing on business impact. Analytical & Strategic Thinking : strong analytical skills to synthesize information and recommend actionable strategies; prioritize client objectives while balancing feasibility and goals. Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination : ability to work across departments and manage internal communications as deals move to kickoff; serve as a liaison across Sales, Engineering, and Recruiting. Consultative Sales Experience : experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in a digital software consultancy or similar environment. About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineering Delivery Manager with 3+ years of experience to connect prospective clients and internal teams. You will lead discovery sessions, capture key details like timelines and budgets, and turn insights into clear, high-impact proposals. Strong knowledge of business strategy, the SDLC, and excellent communication skills are essential.
What You Will Do
- Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement : Assemble Sales Support Engineering team, align them on preliminary information, following internal RACI procedures; Lead the Technical Discovery call, build rapport quickly; Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the SDLC to guide discussions and assess project feasibility; Use consultative questioning to uncover client pain points and requirements (timeline, budget, technical needs, risk assessment); Deliver clear, persuasive client-facing communications.
- Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation : Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals that articulate service offerings, project scope, value propositions, and strategic recommendations; Customize deliverables to client challenges; Integrate technical insights with business strategy.
- Team Buildout and Project Kickoff : Coordinate across Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs from initial engagement through team buildout to project kickoff; Maintain fluid communication across functions; Translate complex technical aspects into business-focused narratives; Maintain a consultative mindset to align proposals with business outcomes.
