Job Title : Case Manager – Personal Injury (Bilingual : English / Spanish)

Satellite Teams is hiring a Personal Injury Case Manager to support a California-based personal injury law firm. They are a dynamic, client-focused personal injury law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services and compassionate support to individuals who have suffered injuries. Their team is committed to guiding clients through the pre-litigation process with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation phase.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Schedule and follow up on medical treatment appointments for clients.
• Remind clients of upcoming appointments and ensure compliance with treatment plans.
• Assist clients with property damage claims, including vehicle repairs and rentals.
• Manage case files using Filevine or similar legal case management software.
• Collect and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation.
• Communicate effectively with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.
• Ensure timely updates and documentation of case progress.
