Role : Data Integration Manager
The Data Integration Manager is the go-to expert for active client integrations within Power Digital’s nova ecosystem. This role owns the design, delivery, and maintenance of custom data pipelines. You will lead scoping calls, gather requirements, and map how a client’s modern data stack connects into our systems. You’ll manage project timelines, set expectations, and act as the primary point of contact from integration design through QA and delivery. You’ll also maintain integrations built through tools like Funnel and Fivetran, and troubleshoot errors.
You’ll partner with Account teams to understand client business goals and with our Data Intelligence team to ensure integrations are structured to power advanced marketing science, and reporting. This role requires ongoing collaboration across technical and client-facing teams to ensure data pipelines are not only operational, but also actionable for marketing science and strategy.
The ideal candidate blends strong technical expertise with polished client-facing skills and a project-owner mindset. You are equally comfortable managing a client relationship, digging into a pipeline error, validating a dataset, or explaining integration progress to stakeholders. Above all, you ensure integrations run smoothly, data is trustworthy, and teams across Power Digital can rely on the foundation you’ve built.

90% uptime of Fivetran / Funnel connections (target ≥ 98%) and average time-to-resolution for connector errors.
