About The Position : We are seeking a visionary Sr. Business Intelligence Manager to lead our analytics function and champion a data-driven culture. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you will act as a key partner to business leaders, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive company-wide decisions. You will own our BI ecosystem, mentor a high-performing team, and personally set the standard for technical excellence. This role is ideal for a "player-coach" who is passionate about both leading a team and solving complex data challenges with advanced SQL and Tableau.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of BI analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and business impact.
• Own the end-to-end BI strategy, from architecting a scalable data framework to driving the automation of reports and dashboards that empower the business.
• Act as a key strategic partner to leadership in Sales, Marketing, and Finance, translating business needs into analytical projects and clear, actionable recommendations.
• Personally design, build, and optimize critical, high-visibility dashboards using expert-level Tableau skills, turning complex datasets into compelling visual stories.
• Establish and execute a robust data governance framework to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.
• Dive deep into our data by writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries to uncover trends, answer complex business questions, and provide foundational data for all analyses.
