What You’ll Do : Develop Campaign Strategy : Create and design new cold outbound (Email and LinkedIn) campaign strategies for various B2B service clients. List Generation : Use our tool stack to generate and scrub highly targeted prospecting lists. Launch & Manage Campaigns : Set up, launch, and monitor new multi-channel campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and domain health . Optimize Performance : Design and run split tests on messaging, subject lines, and campaigns to continuously improve results. Inbox Management : Manage multiple client inboxes and timely reply to all responses (Email and LinkedIn) with the goal of securing appointments. Appointment Setting : Nurture warm leads and secure qualified appointments for our clients' sales teams. Reporting : Track campaign KPIs, and provide weekly performance summaries and data-driven insights. What We're Looking For : Proven Experience : 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B cold outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting. Outbound Tool Proficiency : Hands-on experience with dedicated outbound tools (e.g., list-building tools, email sequence platforms like Instantly, Lemlist, Quickmail, or similar ). Strategic Mindset : Ability to think strategically about messaging, audience segmentation, and testing, coupled with a strong sense of ownership over client results. Communication Skills : Completely fluent (1st language) English communication skills (written) —this is essential for high-quality outreach. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of cold email deliverability, IP / Domain warm-up protocols, and technical sales setup. Performance Focus : Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable working in an environment where pay is tied to performance (base quota bonuses). Remote Readiness : You have a stable and high-speed internet connection, and are comfortable working remotely across time zones. Compensation & Perks : Base Salary : $600 per month Performance Bonus : Quota Bonuses of up to $300–$700 / month based on qualified appointments set. Shift Time : 7-hour shift Paid Time Off (PTO) : 15 days / year Holiday Calendar : Generous paid days off based on a paid holiday schedule.
