Overview
As an Outbound Call Specialist at Umbrella BPO, you will engage with warm leads through outbound calls. You will be responsible for asking qualifying questions to assess their needs and interests, ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team.
Excellent English speaking and phone skills are required
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our services.
- Ask qualifying questions to identify potential fit.
- Hand off qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
- Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities.
- Work closely with the sales team and leadership to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Reporting
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Qualifications
Professional English fluencyMinimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer serviceProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with potential clientsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeBachelor’s Degree (Nice to have)What We Provide
