Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of LLM-powered systems (e.g., RAG, chat agents, summarizers, knowledge graph integration).
• Guide the architecture and management of data indexing and retrieval pipelines using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Neo4j, Weaviate, Chroma, or Azure Cognitive Search).
• Ensure the successful integration of open-source and proprietary LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) into the client's Platform.
• Drive the development and refinement of AI-driven features including generative insights, automated summarization, and narrative analytics.
• Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to deploy scalable AI services within the Client's cloud infrastructure.
• Establish and own the processes for benchmarking model performance, latency, and cost, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Champion and guide the team to stay current with advancements in AI - from model architectures to emerging frameworks and propose innovative applications aligned with the Client's mission.
• Own and improve the team's internal documentation, experimentation frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.
