Descripción del trabajo5–7+ years of hands‑on development experience Proven experience as a technical lead or mentor Strong people leadership skills with an empathetic approach to team management Experience in application architecture and designing scalable solutions. Familiarity with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and Oracle databases (preferred).
Location : Onsite 4 days a week in Mexico City
Day to Day :
Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to support one of our customers out of Mexico.
Responsibilities include :
- Lead and provide guidance to a backend team of approximately 10 engineers, including offshore resources
- Oversee migration projects, ensuring applications are transitioned effectively
- Work extensively with legacy technologies, leveraging deep knowledge to modernize systems.
- Execute a strategic roadmap to migrate from Oracle to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align technical solutions with business objectives.
