Position Summary :

We’re looking for a Level 2 IT Systems & Network Engineer with solid MSP experience to deliver advanced technical support and ensure the seamless operation of client environments. You will be the go‑to expert across Microsoft cloud services, Windows Server infrastructure, and UniFi networking, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 security and compliance. If you enjoy troubleshooting, thrive in a dynamic MSP setting, and take pride in keeping systems secure and reliable, this role is for you.

Qualifications & Hard Skills

• (2-3 years of proven experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment (must-have))
• Strong background in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
• Proven track record of supporting Windows Server (2012‑2019+) in production environments
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 / C2 - near‑native level)
• Excellent ability to organize, document, and communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
