The Role and Team

As a Senior IT Systems Engineer at Medallia, you will focus on managing and optimizing collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom. You\'ll enhance the employee experience through secure, seamless integrations and automation across these platforms, while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure consistent performance and security.

This role offers flexibility with office-based collaboration as needed and global travel for various projects.
