Purpose
Plan, define, develop and lead the implementation of the People and Culture strategy, HR Business plan and serve as an HR Business Partner for Santiago & Toluca Manufacturing Plants. Ensure that the HR function in the Plant pro-actively supports the business objectives of Talent Attraction, Personnel Administration, Labor Relations, and Learning and Development.
