Ensure that the HR function in the Plant pro-actively supports the business objectives of Talent Attraction, Personnel Administration, Labor Relations, and Learning and Development.ResponsibilitiesStrategy : Participate in the creation of the Daimler Truck Mexico Our People Team strategy having as an input the Daimler Truck North America Our People Team business strategies.

Include the specific needs of the manufacturing plant strategy in the local DTM OPT strategy.

Collaborate with strategies to achieve the Plant's Goals.

Deploy strategy within the manufacturing plant steering committee and the local team.Talent Attraction : Collaborate with the Center of Competence to set and ensure the implementation of the Talent Attraction and Retention Strategy to provide the right people in the right positions at the right time to contribute to the business operation and goals.Labor Relations : Develop productive working relationships between the direction and the labor union through constant communication to inform and discuss relevant topics related to the people and the operation.

Lead the yearly contract negotiation process and ensure the fulfillment of its obligations.

Develop managers and supervisors' relationships with the unionized workers.Personnel Administration : Supervise adequate administration and integral attention to the workers from their hiring, during their stay in the organization (payments, organizational changes) and until their termination.

Provide services to employees.

Keep the organization informed through general communication and work schedules.

Ensure compliance and care for STPS inspections.Learning and Development : Co-create and execute the initiatives and programs of learning and development for unionized and non-unionized workers in the manufacturing Plant.Coordinate the efforts to develop the organizational cultureENGAGE, DTES and other employee surveys : Foster a customer orientation, results – oriented and collaborative culture in the manufacturing plant through initiatives that promote a great working environment that and keeps employees engaged.Projects : Manage and lead HR projects and initiatives ensuring that implementation is achieved on time and in budget streamlining cost / benefit.Stages of the processPostingEnglish TestFilter interviewFinal InterviewWork LocationDaimler Trucks AG is firmly committed to developing a work environment that supports empowerment and inclusion for our current and future employees.
