Available Position :
Customer Service Representative : position available in Mexico City (partly remote (75%), and partly working from our office in Polanco (25%)) with a rapidly growing, LGBT-owned, international fertility consulting agency, specializing in surrogacy for gay clients. MIRACLE Surrogacy, based in Miami, Florida is the premier international surrogacy agency connecting intended parents around the world with its partner fertility clinics located in Mexico, helping LGBT clients who want to create or expand their families through assisted reproductive technology, with egg donors and surrogates.
Days / Hours :
Flexible Schedule, 5 full days per week Monday through Friday plus a half day on Saturday, with Sunday off. Approximately 44 hours; working partly from home (75%) and partly from our office (25%)
Responsibilities :
This is a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a drug-free, smoke-free team member who will provide outstanding customer service to our clients around the world, who will keep our clients informed about the medical progress of their surrogacy programs, answering 30-50 emails per day, conducting many video calls and phone calls with clients in English, updating databases with notes in English. Many calls will also be required to coordinate medical procedures at our partner fertility clinics.
Training :
The selected candidate will be trained by our staff and other team members at our various offices. The training is paid for and requires some travel between CDMX and CANCUN and our corporate office in Miami (paid by the company) and is approximately 20 days.
