Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Salary : $23000 - $24000 MXN

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative based in Mexico to join our international team. In this role, you will support client with account-related inquiries, product usage, and general troubleshooting.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer issues
  • Educate users on Roomvu’s platform features and functionality
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions

Requirements :

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (online support preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
