Job OpportunityWe are looking for a driven sales professional to spearhead growth in the mexican and latam market.This is an exciting role designed for ambitious individuals who thrive on securing new business, closing complex enterprise deals, and exceeding targets.In return, we offer a competitive package that rewards top performers for their achievements.About the RoleHunt & Win : Proactively prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities across mexico (mainly) and latam.Engage decision-makers : Build relationships with ciso, cio, it directors, and executive stakeholders to position our platform as the go-to solution.Manage the Sales Cycle : Oversee the full enterprise sales process—from prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiations, and closing—while delivering a seamless client experience.Exceed Targets : Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals to maximize earnings and drive regional growth.Collaborate with Teams : Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate deal momentum and win strategic accounts.Stay Competitive : Keep ahead of industry trends and competitors to sharpen your pitch and maintain a winning edge.Pipeline Management : Utilize crm tools to manage opportunities with accuracy, ensuring clear visibility into performance and forecasts.RequirementsBachelor's degree in it, business, marketing, or a related field.English proficiency (c1+)5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, saas, or cloud solutions.Strong track record as a hunter, with proven success in consistently overachieving targets.Expertise in closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with senior executives.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven by performance and financial rewards.Crm proficiency with strong pipeline management skills.Willingness to travel across latam south to engage prospects and clients face-to-face.Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.What We OfferA competitive base salary, plus incentives designed to reward top performers.The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization at the forefront of cybersecurity.Career growth opportunities within an international sales team.
