Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, technically complex programs that span multiple engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, and Fullstack).

• Partner closely with Product Management to define priorities, dependencies, and milestones for the Supplier Advertising roadmap.
• Guide teams in building scalable and reliable systems using Java, GraphQL, Kafka, Aerospike, Elasticsearch, React, and other core technologies.
• Ensure platform reliability and observability through best-in-class monitoring (DataDog, Grafana).
• Anticipate risks, manage trade-offs, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• 10+ years of total experience in technology, including 5+ years in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer or Architect with Java, and preferably with APIs, distributed systems, or data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing technical roadmaps with tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; Experience working in cloud-native environments (GCP preferred, AWS / Azure acceptable).
• Solid understanding of CI / CD, observability, monitoring, and incident response processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Exposure to machine learning pipelines or data analytics systems.

As a Technical Program Manager (L5), you will play a key role in scaling the Supplier Advertising ecosystem. You will bring structure to complex initiatives, empower engineering teams to deliver with quality and predictability, and ensure technical execution aligns with business impact.
