Java Technical Program Manager (L5)

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, technically complex programs that span multiple engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, and Fullstack).
• Partner closely with Product Management to define priorities, dependencies, and milestones for the Supplier Advertising roadmap.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet strategic goals.
• Guide teams in building scalable and reliable systems using Java, GraphQL, Kafka, Aerospike, Elasticsearch, React, and other core technologies.
• Ensure platform reliability and observability through best-in-class monitoring (DataDog, Grafana).
• Anticipate risks, manage trade-offs, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor and influence engineers (L2–L4) and peers to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with best engineering practices.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across distributed teams, driving transparency and measurable results.
