Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Delivery Lead / Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade microservices and API-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), combined with proven leadership and project delivery capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Java / J2EE development, with at least 3+ years in a lead or managerial role.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful Web APIs, and Microservices Architecture.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP services (e.g., GKE, Cloud SQL, Pub / Sub, Cloud Storage).

Experience in CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build.

Proficiency with SQL / NoSQL databases and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Strong understanding of DevOps practices, monitoring, and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).

Proven track record in project delivery, team management, and Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skill s.
