Amazon is seeking an OTR Manager Jr. based in Jalisco, MX. You will be part of the Amazon Logistics team, responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery station, overseeing on-the-road operations that focus on the delivery of Amazon orders directly to customers.

You will lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Partners in daily management of the delivery station, including operational reviews, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with DSPs, including owners and representatives.

Responsibilities (incl. but not limited to)

• Promoting a culture of safety
• Ensuring that people are properly trained and their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs
• Supporting and assigning job duties to process assistants
• Adapting to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessities
• Tracking & monitoring sorting operations and driver dispatch
• Helping with in-station operations : receiving, scanning, lifting, and moving shipments up to 25 kg
