The Opportunity

We are looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as a partner and customer journey orchestrator for a high-volume portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, eager to use best-in-class CS tooling and data-driven insights to promote retention through customer value. This role sits at the intersection of cloud technology, financial operations, and customer impact.
