Creative Project Manager

Location : Remote

Working hours : Full Time

  • We are looking for a skilled Creative Project Manager who can oversee multiple video projects, collaborate with teams, and deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

This role involves managing a portfolio of creative projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • Coordinating and leading project execution to meet deadlines, budgets, and scope requirements.
  • Delivering seamless client experiences by proactively anticipating needs and staying ahead of project milestones.
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient execution and quality delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and meet project goals.
  • Maintaining clear communication throughout each project's lifecycle.
  • Helping clients achieve their specific goals through effective project outcomes.
  • BUILDING strong relationships as a reliable point of contact.
  • Documenting project progress in established cadences using project management software.
  • Taking ownership of challenges and finding optimal solutions.
  • Resolving client concerns swiftly and professionally.
  • Leveraging available tools and technology to deliver exceptional client experiences.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in creative industries is highly valued but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strong client relationships.
  • Proven ability to maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with technology and project management tools to streamline workflows.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, thriving in dynamic teams.
  • Professional demeanor and strong ethical standards.
