We are currently seeking a Active Directory Engineer to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Engineer with a strong background in identity and access management , including GMSA (Group Managed Service Accounts) , LAPS (Local Administrator Password Solution) , and PowerShell scripting . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AD migrations , security hardening, and enterprise-scale Active Directory environments.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• 8+ years of experience in Active Directory engineering and administration
• Proven track record in implementing and managing :
• Group Managed Service Accounts (GMSA)
• Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS)
• Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation, auditing, and administrative tasks
• Experience with Active Directory migrations and domain consolidations across environments
• In-depth knowledge of Group Policy , OU structure design, delegation models, and AD replication troubleshooting
• Familiarity with IAM / PAM concepts , including role-based access control and directory integrations
