About the Role
We're looking for a
Customer Success Engineer
who's passionate about technology, problem-solving, and helping B2B customers get the most out of a cutting-edge SaaS platform.
In this role, you'll act as the bridge between technical teams and users—ensuring smooth experiences, resolving issues, and driving product improvements through collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers.
What You'll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for B2B customers, handling technical inquiries about the platform.
Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets quickly and efficiently.
Partner with engineering and product teams to escalate and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Monitor system performance to identify and prevent potential disruptions.
Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation—knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
Help customers understand and fully leverage product features to maximize value and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in an
engineering or technical support
role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proficiency with
testing and monitoring tools
such as Postman, PostHog, CloudWatch, or similar.
Familiarity with web technologies like Next.js, React, Node.js,
JavaScript / TypeScript
, or comparable frameworks.
Basic understanding of
SQL and scripting languages
(Python, Bash) for data analysis or automation.
Experience using support and ticketing systems such as
Zendesk, Jira, or similar
Schedule
: Monday to Friday - Full-time
