As CUSTOMER SERVICE you are responsible on Monitor customer requests, negotiate increments and decrements with customers. Support the customer service team, calls, correspondence, customer service and internet. Supervision of the follow-up of critics, of supply of goods and sales.
Industrial, Logistics engineer similar or related career.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Customer Service in the Automotive Industry.
SAP
Immediate response to emerging situations in the supply chain.
Knowledge on assembly, injection and pressing processes.
Conversational English.
You will work on international projects for world- renowned companies in Automotive sector.
