About the RoleDrive the growth of our commercial HVAC business in Latin America by developing and executing localized marketing strategies. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting channel expansion, and delivering impactful campaigns across the region.What You’ll Do1. Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing actionable insights.2. Develop and localize marketing materials : product PPTs, videos, KV designs, promotional kits, etc.3. Adapt HQ marketing strategies to local markets in collaboration with regional offices.4. Plan and execute industry events, product launches, and channel activation activities.5. Support channel expansion and store upgrades in target markets.6. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and strategy adjustments.What We’re Looking For1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Business, or related field.2. 3+ years of experience in trade / brand / channel marketing; HVAC or B2B industry experience is a plus.3. Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.4. Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and self-motivation.Nice to HaveExperience in Latin American markets.Proven track record in localized brand marketing or B2B campaigns.
