Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s in Information Science or related field 2 years of experience in document management Interest in OpenText, SharePoint, and compliance topics Define and implement global document lifecycle strategies Lead system decommissioning and migration projects Act as SME for OpenText Content Server and archiving platforms Ensure compliance with GxP, GDPR, and internal governance Advise stakeholders and drive continuous improvement Bachelor’s / Master’s in Information or Computer Science 7+ years in document lifecycle, compliance, or regulated industries Strong experience with OpenText, SharePoint, and metadata governance Life Insurance Major medical insurance Savings fund Associate Full-time Information Technology Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Overview
Fresenius Kabi México is seeking professionals in information management and governance. This description covers two roles : an early-career position focused on digital governance and document management, and a Senior Information Management SME – Technical Lead responsible for lifecycle management and archival initiatives.

- Support document lifecycle and archiving strategies
- Assist in system migrations and business requirement gathering
- Participate in testing, training, and data clean-up activities
- Collaborate with IT, Quality, and Validation teams
