Client DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveLMS Administratorto support our growing Professional Services organization.

This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence across project administration, training delivery, and manage small-scale customer engagements.

You will be the central point of contact for our PSA (Professional Services Automation) and LMS (Learning Management System) platforms and support internal and customer-facing processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction.Candidate ProfileStrong Excel and reporting skills; experience with dashboards and data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plusFamiliarity with PSA systems (e.g., FinancialForce, Microsoft Project Operations) and LMS platformsExcellent organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on process accuracy and timelinessProven ability to make decisions independently and to assume and / or delegate leadership responsibilities in critical situations.Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeSolid understanding of software technology conceptsQualificationsBachelor's degree in technical subject.2+ years' experience, prior work experience within the shipping container and logistics industry is preferred.Hybrid scheme (1 day in office)Benefits above the lawAdvanced English (reports to USA)ResponsabilitiesWe are looking for aTechnology Project Manager / LMS Administrator,to lead and support operations across ourProfessional Services platforms, with a focus on systems administration, data accuracy, and customer delivery.

In this hybrid role, you'll manage and optimize key enterprise tools—including ourProfessional Services Automation (PSA)andLearning Management System (LMS)—ensuring seamless integration with business processes and contributing to revenue-generating projects.

Platform & System Administration (PSA & LMS)Oversee project setup, closure, and data integrity within the PSA systemAdminister user access and respond to platform inquiries and troubleshootingGenerate operational and financial reports (e.g., utilization, project overrun, revenue leakage)Maintain LMS content, manage user access, and track certification dataCoordinate with CSMs to ensure accurate billing and invoice tracking Project Coordination & DeliveryLead the end-to-end execution of small-scale technical projects (~10 hours / project)Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications with internal and external stakeholdersTrack project status, validate timecards, and generate pro-forma invoices for billable servicesThis role requires astrong foundation in systems management,data-driven decision-making, andproject lifecycle execution, making it ideal for someone with an IT operations or technical project management background looking to make a tangible impact across customer-facing platforms.
