As a Global Process Mapping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of our products globally.

Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering knowledge materials and trainings to support the successful deployment of our products in operating countries.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required
• 5+ years of experience in software knowledge management and training for large multinational organizations
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, practices, and methodologies
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems and platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, and KnowledgeOwl
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365, JavaScript, GraphQL, Loyalty Solutions, Payment platforms, CTI Solutions, SAP, Middleware solutions, and Azure DevOps
