We are looking for an accomplished Senior Lead Frontend Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This role requires a balance of deep technical expertise and strong leadership, with the ability to guide teams through the full software development lifecycle and make architectural decisions that ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, and maintain complex, high-performance web applications and systems.
• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and continuous support.
• Build scalable solutions, leveraging event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Drive best practices in application security, networking, and system observability.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance systems and processes.
• Promote and implement CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices to accelerate and streamline delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript (coding assessment required).

Demonstrated expertise in CI / CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
