We’re looking for a Digital Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing (TikTok + Community).

Key Responsibilities :

1. Create, manage, and operate content for all official company social media accounts, including planning, publishing, and maintenance.

• Demonstrate a foundational knowledge of content production, with strong skills in video shooting and editing.
• Develop clear and effective strategies for social media platform growth, driving follower growth and engagement while showcasing proven success cases.
• Monitor industry trends and hotspots on mainstream social platforms, focusing on emerging opportunities and new product dynamics. Promote fan engagement and media attention through social interaction activities.
• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and product teams, to ensure high-quality content aligned with the brand identity.

Requirements :

1. Exceptional English writing and reading skills; strong copywriting abilities in Spanish.
